2. Custom Product Nature

All songs are personalized and uniquely created for each client. These are non-transferable and cannot be reused or resold.

3. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required.
• Work begins only after full payment and complete details submission.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Standard: 30 working days
• Premium: 15 working days
• Express: 7 working days

Timeline starts only after receiving: Full payment and complete client details.

5. No Revision Policy

• No revisions are included in any package.
• Any changes after work starts may incur extra charges.

6. Usage Rights

• Client gets personal use rights only.
• Commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All copyrights remain with the Service Provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Personal taste differences
• Emotional interpretation
• Delays due to external factors

9. Jurisdiction
